Position Summary

The Claims & Dispute Resolution Lead is responsible for leading the processing of customer stock and delivery claims in Manila, ensuring claims are handled accurately and within agreed timelines while supporting strong stakeholder and customer outcomes.

This role oversees service performance, issue resolution, team leadership, and escalation management across the distribution claims process. The position also helps drive closure of aged cases in partnership with warehouses, Sales, and other stakeholders.
