Position Overview

            Job Description  Collect soiled laundry from customers and deliver clean laundry to Hotel, Restaurant or commercial locations on time. 
Plan and follow an efficient delivery route to maximize time and fuel usage while meeting customer deadlines. 
Provide friendly and professional customer service when picking up or delivering laundry, addressing any questions or concerns. 
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including customer information, special instructions, and completed tasks. 
Regularly inspect the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and well-maintained. Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to supervisors. 
Strong customer service and communication skills. 
Basic organizational skills for handling orders, paperwork, and delivery schedules. 
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
