An Estates Caretaker / Cleaner is required to join a well-established housing provider, delivering high-quality estate services across residential properties throughout Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The role involves maintaining communal areas and external spaces to a high standard, ensuring estates remain clean, safe and welcoming for residents. Previous experience within estate services, cleaning or property maintenance is preferred.

Daily Responsibilities:

Cleaning communal areas including hallways, stairwells and shared facilities

Carrying out routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, removing rubbish and restocking supplies
