Location: Trenton, ON, Canada Job Type:  Part-Time Schedule:   Rotating Schedule including Weekends Compensation Includes: $18,500  annually Employer Paid Health & Dental Benefits  Job Overview: The Cleaner is responsible for completing cleaning tasks to maintain the assigned apartment buildings’ curb appeal and provide excellent customer service to tenants.

Key Responsibilities: Regularly clean and maintain building common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass and chrome, stain treating carpets and spraying air freshener.

Assist in unit cleaning after tenant move-out to ensure the unit is rent ready by cleaning floors, bathrooms, surfaces, and windows and ensuring the unit is rent ready.

Clean all halls, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrances, elevators, laundry room and office area.
