Position Overview
Job Summary
Key duties include the daily usage of Epic to maintain appointment schedules, greeting patients and visitors, and managing patient check-ins and check-outs.
This also involves collecting and verifying necessary information and documentation, as well as preparing and maintaining patient charts, records, and medical histories. Additionally, the admin will be responsible for arranging patient referrals, transcribing and typing medical reports, and managing both telephone and electronic communications.
