Role Description
The Client Care Manager owns the post-placement client experience — from handoff after acquisition through placement support, replacements, rescreening, and the full protection period that follows. You are the family's single point of accountability after handoff: responsive, organized, and calm under pressure.

- Client relationships after acquisition handoff — every family kept informed, every concern tracked, every next step clear
- Placements, replacements, and rescreening coordinated within service windows
- The client record in our CRM — one source of truth, no duplicate entry
- Early detection of post-placement issues; resolution before they escalation
