Role Description

The Client Care Manager owns the post-placement client experience — from handoff after acquisition through placement support, replacements, rescreening, and the full protection period that follows. You are the family's single point of accountability after handoff: responsive, organized, and calm under pressure.

  • Client relationships after acquisition handoff — every family kept informed, every concern tracked, every next step clear
  • Placements, replacements, and rescreening coordinated within service windows
  • The client record in our CRM — one source of truth, no duplicate entry
  • Early detection of post-placement issues; resolution before they escalation
  • The Six‑Month Protection Standard™ honored in full

What you bring

  • Experience in client success, account management, customer care, or post‑sale support; staffing or services experience is a plus <...
