We work with people who are stuck in survival jobs and want to break into their actual career. Our system is proven, our process is documented, and our results speak for themselves.

About this role

We've built a complete job search system — resume frameworks, LinkedIn strategy, outreach templates, interview playbooks. Everything is documented and ready to run. What we need now is someone who can learn this system deeply and teach it to clients in a way that keeps them moving, motivated, and accountable every single day.

This is not a passive support role. You will be the person clients hear from daily. You will show them what to do, how to do it, and why it works. You will be confident, solution-first, and know the answer before the client finishes asking the question.
