As a Client Experience Representative, you will take full ownership of customer interactions and active moves, ensuring a smooth, professional, and well-coordinated experience. You will be responsible for managing your shift independently, coordinating active moves, making decisions in real time, and ensuring customer issues continue moving toward resolution. This role requires clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to confidently handle a variety of situations, including setting expectations, resolving problems, discussing payments, and navigating difficult conversations when necessary.
