About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and client-centric Client Relations Manager to strengthen and grow our client portfolio in the training and consulting industry. The successful candidate will build strong relationships ensure client satisfaction manage the client-journey end-to-end and support business growth through repeat business and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients: understand their training and consulting needs objectives and business challenges.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients HR/executive leadership learning & development heads and other stakeholders in organisations.

Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to keep client pipelines active: support client meetings deliver presentations prepare proposals and follow up on leads.
