Are you a strategy pro with exceptional commercial acumen? We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Director to join our team based in Amsterdam and this role could be for you!
In this position you will build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers across designated clients, ensuring clear communication channels and a deep understanding of their priorities and business needs.
What you’ll do
You'll attract, retain and grow our book of strategic Tier-1 & 2 clients whilst taking accountability for the successful execution of the client strategy
You'll lead client account planning and growth initiatives, driving revenue through up-selling, commercial collaboration, and coordinated strategic reviews, while acting as the senior escalation point for top-tier clients.
