:This is a non-sales customer service role that support our high performing Client Call Centre in life insurance functions. Thorough on-job training will be provided and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct the post sales call over phone with tailor-made script to our clients in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

  • Handle customer enquiries via hotline and walk-in services

  • Meet service standard and KPIs according to internal guidelines and rules

  • Conduct various outbound calls with documented protocols

  • Liaise with internal departments, channels and customers on replies to enquiries and required documents

  • Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

  • Provide customers with product and service information

  • Identify and escalate priority issues
