Client Services Executive - Private Client Group

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client Service & Growth / Account Executive: Coordinate the preparation of effective proposals for Producer to use for renewal/new business.


• Accompany Producer (as needed) when making proposals and make proposals without Producer when needed/appropriate.
• Assist Producer with Information Gathering and Underwriting of risks that go into Marketing.  Assist Producer with Binding new accounts with Marketing Team and ensuring post-implementation deliverables are met timely by the team.
• Assist Marketing Team with urgent marketing efforts (as needed).

Coordinate the renewal process for existing Private Client Insurance accounts, including:

• Marketing (as needed to assist Client Managers), Renewal/Supplemental application completion and/or review of Schedules of Coverage with insureds, and confirmation of renewal orders from insureds.
