Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Client Services Officer to join our Hawke’s Bay Accounting & Tax team in our Hastings office. This is a permanent part-time position (24 hours per week). Hours may be flexible for the right candidate with a preference of including Thursday & Fridays. 

What will your typical week look like?

  • Assisting with front-of-house reception duties and office operational tasks
  • Ensuring timely completion of all client related tasks, meeting internal and external service standards
  • Communicating effectively with Clients, suppliers, and staff
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Tax team, including assisting with the workflow tasking system and database management
