Position Overview

Ensure dental sessions run as smoothly as possible by following the instructions of the dentists. 
Prepare and maintain the clinical environment: clean, disinfect, and organize the clinic. 
Build relationship with doctors, patients and other clinic staff and willing to be trained. 
Make sure that all tools and materials laid out for a dentist before a procedure begins. 
Help reassure patients and provide support to the dentist during treatment. 
Takes photos of the patients before and after the treatments. 
Organized schedule of the patients and receives payment. 
Make end of day report of patients and payment. 
Maintains quality service by following organization standards. 
Addressed visitor questions and needs and providing an overall welcoming environment. 
Answering calls and fielding them accordingly. 
Delivered exceptional customer service assistance.
