Position Overview

On behalf of our client, a laboratory supplies company, we are currently recruiting for a Clinical Applications Specialist for Histology. This role will involve nationwide travel so a full driving licence and willingness to travel is essential.

The principal duties and responsibilities of the Clinical Applications Specialist are to proactively support customers in providing technical support within the parameters of Service Level Agreements and Service Contracts. Assist in the technical response to tenders and managed service agreements.

Duties:

  • Provide professional technical and applications support to customers.
  • Manage all technical support calls received from customers, ensuring that all calls are logged on the technical support database and closed out to the satisfaction of the customers.
