Clinical Manager

Somerset Physiotherapy at Faircape Health is seeking an experienced and motivated clinical manager to lead the day-to-day operational and clinical functions of our sub-acute rehabilitation practice. This is a dual role combining dedicated clinical physiotherapy practice with comprehensive practice management responsibilities. The successful candidate will bring both strong clinical expertise and the organisational acumen to lead a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.

• Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or equivalent), with current registration with the HPCSA
• Minimum 7-10 years of clinical physiotherapy experience, ideally including sub-acute rehabilitation or neurological/geriatric settings
• Demonstrated experience in practice or clinical management, including staff supervision and performance management
• Strong understanding of South African healthcare systems, medical aid billing, and HPCSA compliance requirements
