Clinical Service Manager

Clinical Service Manager / Deputy Registered Manager at Occupop, located in Sutton, England, United Kingdom. Permanent full‑time (40 hr per week, on site). Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director to deliver outstanding care to patients in line with best practice and the Fairlie Healthcare Group's Core Values and Values Framework.
• Co‑ordinate the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to meet patient needs in line with evidence‑based practice and the Patient’s Care Plan.
• Provide nursing leadership to the qualified nursing staff, acting as a role model and encouraging service development.
