Overview

The Health Centre (Community Healthcaring Kitchener-Waterloo) provides medical and dental care, health promotion, illness prevention and outreach programming. We focus on individuals who experience health inequities and barriers to accessing services, addressing social determinants of health through an interdisciplinary team approach. Our team includes Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Dietitians, Chiropodists, Pharmacists, Psychiatrists, Health Promoters, Community Health Workers, Administrative Staff and Volunteers.
