1. Global Cloud Infrastructure Lifecycle Strategy Planning
Drive the development of global cloud infrastructure resource strategies, including data center, network, and related infrastructure planning, covering long-term development strategies, global footprint planning, and end-to-end lifecycle management.Conduct policy research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence across strategic regions and countries where the company's cloud business operates. Develop forward-looking infrastructure roadmaps that support sustainable business growth, define infrastructure evolution pathways, and maximize the long-term competitiveness and lifecycle return on investment (ROI) of strategic infrastructure assets.Establish mid-to-long-term infrastructure resource planning frameworks to ensure strategic competitiveness in global infrastructure deployment and capacity reserves.
