Cloud Platform Reliability Engineer

Summary:

A highly skilled and experienced Platform Support Engineer with Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP), Linux, Networking concepts and other Platforms like RH Open Stack and AWS is sought.

- Incident Management and resolution for Customer incidents for Live production sites wrt Platform Issues and incidents with aggressive timelines (SLA)

- Handling network outages & Emergencies that involves debugging and providing immediate resolutions.
