Cloud Security TAM - Trusted Advisor & Customer Success

Importante grupo is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Colombia to shape the customer experience with Netskope’s Cloud Security platform. As a TAM, you will drive technical success by partnering with customers to understand their goals and guide them through adoption.

This role requires over 5 years of experience in technical account management, a solid grasp of network security technologies, and excellent communication skills. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer objectives with product roadmaps.
