Position Overview

            Cloud Support Engineer (Junior)   Job Responsibilities   Assist in the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of public cloud services, including compute, storage, databases, networking, and security. 
Support the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of cloud resources based on customer and business requirements. 
Respond to customer technical enquiries and provide first-level technical support, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when required. 
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and meeting notes to support project delivery and knowledge sharing. 
Assist in conducting product demonstrations, customer training, and operational guidance to help customers effectively use cloud services. 
Monitor cloud service performance and proactively identify basic issues, supporting continuous improvement of system stability and customer experience.
