CNC Busbar Fabrication Operator & Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Busbar Fabrication Operator & Programmer to set up, program, and operate a Boschert CU Profi (or similar CNC fabrication center) used in the production of copper busbars and related components.

Pay: $23.74 - $33.09 per hour (27-$35 per hour).

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for machine setup, CNC programming, quality inspection, process improvement, and safe operation while producing high-quality parts that meet engineering specifications and customer requirements.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment for punching, drilling, milling, tapping, slotting, and shearing copper busbars.
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and DXF/SolidWorks files.
• Perform tooling setup, machine calibration, first-piece inspections, and in-process quality checks.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
