CNC Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Set‑up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding, milling and turning.
• Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
• Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
• Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
• Load and unload raw materials and equipment.
• Record all machine‑related actions by completing production and quality logs, keeping detailed records for equipment and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Trade School Accreditation/High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Abide by company safety guidelines.
• Work productively and efficiently.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S under the area of responsibility.
