Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Establish initial B2B customers and partnerships
  • Conduct conversations with cafés, studios, concept stores, health/organic shops, hospitality, corporate wellbeing teams and selected retail partners
  • Develop and test sales channels
  • Build a simple, effective sales structure
  • Relay market feedback into product, pricing and positioning
  • Co-design the go-to-market roadmap

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market
  • Understanding of B2B sales and partnerships
  • Ideally experience or interest in food, beverage, CPG, health, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands‑on mentality
  • Enjoy getting out and about, engaging in conversations and building customer relationships
  • Structured, pragmatic way of working
