As a Cold-Room Coordinator, you will oversee daily cold-room operations, ensuring optimal storage conditions and seamless coordination between production, packhouse, and logistics teams. Your role will be critical in maintaining fruit quality and supporting efficient export processes.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Chain & Quality Management
Monitor temperature & humidity to maintain optimal fruit quality
Coordinate loading/unloading of blueberries
Prepare documentation for PPECB inspections
Provide quality feedback and communicate with commercial teams
Operational Coordination
Plan shifts, overtime, and staff allocation
Oversee daily cold-room activities in line with SOPs
