The Collection Management Analyst is responsible for delivering cash application and receivables management services to the SBS North America region, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver collections management services to SBS North America in accordance with SLAs.
• Review AR ageing reports and perform collection & dunning activities.
• Determine appropriate escalations and follow‑up actions as per defined process.
• Qualify and create dispute claims identified by Ci2C, managing dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility.
• Support business and customer collection strategy reviews.
