Job Description

• Manage and follow up on overdue accounts of clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments, outstanding balances, and collection activities in the system.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders regarding payment terms, billing inquiries, and collection matters.
• 1-2 years of experience in credit and collection, preferably in a medical or educational institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
