Sales Consultant – DPE International (Spanish Branch)
We are expanding our general footprint and looking for a commercial advisor to join our brand-new Spanish branch.
Responsibilities
- Consultative Lead Management: Process, qualify, and nurture incoming sales leads provided by marketing channels with efficiency, rigorous follow‑up, and professionalism.
- Present and articulate our structural design portfolio, technical solutions, and general contractor services, focusing on the security and value of custom single‑family home construction.
- Contact and guide international investors through personal executive meetings, video conferences, and digital channels, establishing long‑term trust.
- CRM Governance: Plan, track, and report 100% of daily advisory milestones and pipeline updates in our internal CRM system to ensure absolute data discipline.
- Drive professional success and performance‑based growth.
