Negotiated bid focused commercial construction GC is expanding their operations into Memphis! >> Our 100 year old GC client is seeking a Preconstruction Estimator with at least 3 years of commercial construction (conceptual to CD / DD) & negotiated estimating experience (with a commercial General Contractor). >> The Preconstruction Estimator will work primarily on negotiated & hard-bid commercial projects within their core markets: commercial, light-industrial, manufacturing and corporate office.
