Location: London Bridge (hybrid – in office 2-3 days/week)
Salary: Up to £95,000 extensive benefits package
Reports to: Head of Commercial / Director
Team: Managing 2-3 Quantity Surveyors (within a growing QS team)

About Us / The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking consultancy working in close partnership with a major housing association. This role sits at the heart of their Repairs & Maintenance division, overseeing the commercial management of social housing works, maintenance programmes, and capital repairs across their stock.
