Commercial Planning Lead - AI-Driven Inventory & Growth

Swappie in Helsinki is seeking a Commercial Planning Manager to own planning within the Commercial organization as we scale into new categories. You will guide weekly supply planning, forecasting, and inventory actions to optimize margin and cash flow.

You will build and improve planning tools, apply AI to accelerate workflows, and lead cross‑functional planning with Markets, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to align priorities and risks.
