Position Overview
Product Development & Commercialization Manager
Location: Ontario (Remote)
This is a new role. reporting into Director, Procurement
Our client is a growing leader in the health and wellness space and is seeking a Product Development & Commercialization Manager to drive innovation across a portfolio of nutraceuticals, sports nutrition, vitamins, supplements, meal replacements, protein products, bars, shakes, Effervescent, and functional wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new products from concept through commercialization
- Manage contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers
- Source ingredients, packaging, and finished goods globally
- Support regulatory compliance across Health Canada and FDA requirements
- Partner with Procurement, QA, Regulatory, and Commercial teams
- Drive innovation, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives
