Community Advisor: Customer Experience & Sales Support (Part-Time)

FNB Vanderbijlpark is hiring a part-time Community Advisor to deliver prompt, friendly service and understand customer needs. You will process requests, guide customers to digital and self-service options, and support sales and service delivery in line with Balanced Scorecard standards. Ideal candidates have Grade 12, 1–3 years in customer-facing roles in financial services, and are comfortable working in a branch environment with a strong focus on accuracy, ethics, and governance.
