Position Overview




  • Manage daily interactions across channels and groups (comments, DMs, etc.)

  • Determine themes and communication flow across digital platforms (live sessions, channels, groups)

  • Maintain active and relevant engagement

  • Monitor user sentiment and feedback

  • Extract insights from conversations

  • Plan and execute community activities, such as:

    • Discussions

    • Polls

    • Light challenges

  • Adjust topics based on user insights

  • Increase participation and engagement during live sessions
