Position Overview

Summary

Working with the Community, Participation & Volunteering Manager, you’ll support daily operations and the organisation of volunteering and participation across the Worcestershire portfolio that includes Croome, Hanbury Hall, Greyfriars House & Garden and The Firs - Elgar's Birthplace.

This role is all about connecting with people; helping everyone feel welcome and supported across Worcestershire. Working with volunteers and local communities, you’ll be making a vital contribution to the Trust’s cause of caring for places so that people and nature can thrive, now and into the future, by supporting volunteers to get the most out of their experience.

Hours/ working Pattern: Part-time, this role is 22.5 hours per week. The working pattern is flexible across 7 days and can be discussed further at interview.
