Community Support Coordinator

CCS Disability Action's vision is to see every disabled person/whānau hauā interwoven into the lives of their whānau and community.

We are the largest pan-disability support and advocacy organisation in New Zealand. Since 1935, we have been at the forefront of service provision, advocacy, and information sharing, working closely with disabled people / whānau hauā and their families across New Zealand.

About the role

The Community Support Coordinator, a member of the Northland Team of CCS Disability Action Northland Branch, has the responsibility to work in partnership with individuals and their families to develop and implement a range of flexible community options which enable them to remain strong and connected to their family and community.
