Company Secretary – Pre IPO / IPO / Listed Company Compliance Location: Mumbai (On-site) Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing Role Overview We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member) with strong expertise in Pre-IPO, IPO, and Post-IPO compliances, corporate governance, SEBI regulations, and the Companies Act. The role involves managing end-to-end secretarial and statutory compliance while partnering with senior leadership, auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end Pre-IPO, IPO, and Post-IPO compliances. * Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, Secretarial Standards, and other applicable laws. * Conduct Board, Committee, AGM, and EGM meetings, including drafting notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes. * Handle MCA/ROC filings, statutory registers, and corporate records. * Manage shareholder-related matters and corporate actions. * Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, merchant bankers, deposi...
