Compassionate Personal Assistant for Active Support

Penderels Trust is seeking a dedicated support worker/carer to assist a young non-verbal man with additional needs during school holidays and at other times. The successful candidate will support him at home and in the community, ensuring he accesses enjoyable activities and providing essential personal care.

The ideal individual will have experience in supporting people with autism, understanding communication methods such as Makaton and PECS. Duties involve a flexible schedule, preparing meals, and maintaining a safe environment.
