Compensation Analyst

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global organisation currently undergoing a period of significant transformation across its European operations. With a large and diverse workforce spanning multiple countries, the business is evolving its operating model, while continuing to invest in its strategic reward capability. This is a key hire into the European Total Reward team, offering an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Reward Analyst to step into a broader, multi-country role. Working closely with the Head of Total Reward, you'll play a central part in supporting both BAU reward activity and high-profile transformation projects - including regulatory initiatives such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
