Compliance Coordinator x 2

As the Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the effective implementation and ongoing improvement of the site’s Quality Management System. You’ll help ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements, with a focus on document control, audit support, compliance coordination, and maintaining the integrity of quality systems that underpin food safety and operational performance.

You will report directly to the Quality systems & Compliance Lead and work closely alongside site Quality teams, Operations, Engineering, and wider Yili Oceania stakeholders. Acting as a central point for quality systems and compliance activities, you will support audits, manage documentation, track corrective actions, and help embed a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement across the site.
