Essential Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer compliance requests, including questionnaires, audits, and portal submissions (e.g. Assent or customer specific systems).Own and manage product compliance programs related to RoHS, PFAS, REACH, TSCA, Prop65, Conflict Minerals (CMRT), Country of Origin (COO), USMCA, and similar global regulations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer and regulatory inquiries.Collaborate with Human Resources to answer compliance requests related to Labor rights, Resilience, Data Protection and Privacy, Climate Impact, Pollution, Human Trafficking and Slavery, and Diversity.Manage Country of Origin and trade ...
