Position Overview
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Cut, shape, and lay up composite materials such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, and resins
- Perform hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, and infusion processes
- Prepare molds and apply release agents before fabrication
- Mix and apply resins, adhesives, and other bonding materials
- Trim, sand, and finish composite parts to required specifications
- Inspect finished products for defects, quality, and compliance with standards
