What You Will Do

• Provide Tier1 Technical support for Information Systems and devices
• Assemble, configure, and upgrade PCs and peripherals
• Install operating systems and application software
• Troubleshoot PC issues
• Organize and manage asset inventories
• Terminate network cables and configure ports
• Manage users in Windows Active Directory
• Manage logical data access
• Document bi‑weekly capture team meetings, distribute meeting notes and action items, and support timely completion of follow‑ups
