Qualifications
You will be:
- Assisting in organising and controlling the day-to-day operations of our large-volume, award-winning conference and catering facilities
- Delivering smooth, efficient and courteous service to guests throughout all functions
- Maintaining clear, consistent and up-to-date communication to ensure all relevant departments understand their responsibilities in relation to daily function activities
- Liaising closely with the culinary team to coordinate the day's activities
- Supervising, and assisting with the training and development of our ambassadors
- Contributing to the banquets leadership team and helping to drive team engagement
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a hotel events, banquets or conference and events team is highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of banquets, functions and events service styles and standards
