Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Senior Construction Control Representative and Contracting Officers Representative (COR) for job site construction control of contract work for assigned military construction, civil works, or Work for Others (WFO) construction programs. Responsibilities Determines whether all materials and equipment to be incorporated into finished job meet plans and specifications. Ensures proper installation and workmanship, safety requirements, adherence to progress schedules, etc. Reviews contractor's shop drawing details to ascertain adherence of the proposed work to contract requirements.
