This well-established Scottish law firm is recruiting a Solicitor to join its Construction & Engineering team in Edinburgh. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts, including SBCC, JCT and NEC documentation
  • Advising developers, contractors, investors and professional consultants on project-related matters
  • Preparing professional appointments, collateral warranties and associated construction documents
  • Supporting projects from inception through to completion, providing commercially focused advice
  • Working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver practical and effective legal solutions
