Construction Foreman

Working under the Project Manager to complete the project on time, which includes:

• Check and monitoring of site progress and resolving of site issues with clients
• Follow up with factory for production order, delivery schedule, etc
• Update QS on progressive claim, variation order, etc
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Advantage if with experience using computers.
• Willing to start work at 7 am as per project requirement
• Willing to do overtime and work weekends on a regular basis
• Foster positive communications and relationships with vendors, clients & Team members MOSTLY Foreign Workers.
• Willing to Be hands on when needed for the work progress.
• Wiling to be exposed to exposed weather due to site requirement.
