Linum Consult’s client is an international law firm, currently seeking a Senior/Principal Associate to join their construction team on non-contentious matters. This role will be based in Central London.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with an array of clients on non-contentious mattersPromoting the continued success of delivering exceptional client services, advising on a mix of development and/or infrastructure projects, real estate and corporate acquisitions and disposals, property finance, and process plant contractsWriting and administrating construction contracts (JCT, NEC), development agreements, process plant and associated documentationGuiding clients through de-risking strategies and offering advice from scheme inception to project completionMentoring other members of the national team PROFILE
Degree qualification in Engineering, Architecture, or Law, or similar relevant subject...
