Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a construction Superintendent to oversee and manage onsite construction operations for a High School, including ground up, general contracting, and construction management efforts. This mid-level role is responsible for running a crew onsite and ensuring projects such as mechanical upgrades, confidential decommissioning work, DOT work, and mechanical builds are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Superintendent will take a proactive role in preconstruction activities, including constructability reviews, risk assessments, and planning manpower, materials, and equipment needs. This individual will direct and coordinate field personnel and subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role requires maintaining compliance with construction codes, safety standards, and government regulations while promoting a strong safety culture onsite.
